EBATINCA gets a STARS 2024 grant

EBATINCA receives the grant to boost disruptive innovation projects in the Canary Islands under the STARS program for 2024, with the aim of creating a cloud-based image processing app.

This project focuses on developing an advanced and versatile image processing app, aimed at both the medical sector and the interpretation of satellite images and other relevant fields. The goal is to facilitate monitoring, analysis, and integration of unstructured data with structured sources for these entities, using advanced artificial intelligence techniques. The platform will allow companies to integrate their own data and images, enhancing the accuracy and relevance of analyses. This is especially useful for medical entities and organizations working with geographic information systems (GIS), improving diagnoses and detailed analyses according to the specific needs of each user.

Thanks to the STARS grant, EBATINCA will be able to expand its team with new professionals to carry out this project. Additionally, it will increase its capacity to undertake new innovative and technological projects, thereby contributing to the sustainable progress of the Canary Islands.
